These policies have been put into place to ensure our participants receive the highest quality of instruction. Since class size is limited, all cancellation/rescheduling deadlines and fees will be strictly adhered to.
CANCELLATIONS
A participant may cancel a class without penalty by giving Acts notice in writing at least 5 days prior to the starting date of the class. If a participant cancels a course without at least 5 business days but more than 2 business days notice prior to the starting date, the participant will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class fee. If a participant cancels a specific class without at least 2 business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the participant will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the class fee.
RESCHEDULES
A participant may reschedule a class without any penalty by giving Acts notice in writing at least 5 business days prior to the starting date of the class. If a participant reschedules a class without at least 5 business days notice prior to the starting date of the class, the class will become a non-cancelable class and the participant will be assessed a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
NO SHOWS
If a participant does not attend a class and has not given a notice in writing to Acts, the participant will be assessed a "no show" fee equal to the amount of the class.
REIMBURSEMENTS
Acts reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime. If this happens, we will refund the course(s) fee in full. Acts’ liability is limited to course(s) fees only. Acts cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses, including, but not limited to, any airline penalties incurred.
